About Carmen Fifield

Owner operator of The Brewers Table Cafe/ Restaurant in Seymour, Victoria Est 2015.Licensed for 110 people we offer and showcase some of best local and regional produce to put on our plates. We are a destination for food lovers, craft beer enthusiasts and serve the best local roasted Mansfield Coffee. Hand made cakes, biscuits and slices with some awesome specialty Whole Foods. Open 7 days a week for breakfast & Lunch we are open for Dinner Friday & Saturday nights also. We offer corporate catering, offsite catering along with offering private functions and packages. Large courtyard at rear offers a wonderful alternative to your dining experience with us. We have an awesome team of locals who head up our cafe to provide a truly enjoyable experience. We have a number of junior staff who we provide employment pathways for within the Hospitality industry.Previous Experience:I am passionate about vocational pathways for youth. Looking at alternative education pathways to achieve personal outcomes and achievements to become the best person they can. Looking at cost effective quality VET training within our geographically challenging region. Facilitating 9 secondary schools to work collaboratively together in order to achieve fantastic pathway outcomes for our youth the Lower Hume VET Cluster is a fantastic demonstration of how together great things can be achieved.Facilitating Industry partnerships and community engagement projects I have developed excellent working relationships within my local and neighbouring communities along with strong working relationships within many external networks and projects. Project managing many of these within my job roles over the 9 years.
