Responsible for ensuring the monitoring and control of project execution performance. I collaborate with the Team on the commercial bidding process and manage orders and invoice tracking with the goal of achieving company KPIs.Review and estimates project cost (including spare parts, labor and third parties) and project timing based on scope and complexity of the project;Control and mange project P&L in terms of budget costs, revenues, margin and invoices;Support commercial department in assessing and deliver new commercial initiatives/variation orders;Support procurement in working with subcontractors to obtain proposals for project work

As part of the Rosso Data Tower Core project, I am employed in the role of Consultant Engineer in the Data Loading team for the data configuration of Vodafone Italia network in the CS and PS domain. I carry out the following activities:• Data Loading for the configuration of services on mobile networks in the CS and PS domain, through the analysis of the translation guidelines provided by the engineering, design and development departments of the mobile operator, for the deployment of services and the setup of the interconnection to and from national and international operators, developing activities through new technologies and / or modifying the existing architecture;• Clear Code troubleshooting and analysis for configuration errors / problems, support for emergency procedures and operational requests that require configuration changes on the live network;• Detailed analysis of projects from the Core and RAN network engineering departments in order to assess the impact and methodologies of network release in collaboration with the client's PMs and Ops groups;• Monitoring of network equipment during low traffic activities using Vodafone Italia vendor and proprietary tools;• Preventive analysis of the data to be implemented to ensure their compliance with the specific project requirements, in order to guarantee the full efficiency of the service, for Traffic Affecting and Not Traffic Affecting activities;• On-call Service to support after-hours activities;• Training activities to support the team.

Configurazione dati della rete di Vodafone Italia nel dominio CS e PS.Con competenza sugli apparati della Core Network, svolgo le seguenti attivita`:• Produzione/caricamento dati per la configurazione di servizi su reti mobili in dominio CS e PS, attraverso l'analisi delle translation guideline fornite dai dipartimenti di ingegneria, progettazione e sviluppo dell'operatore mobile, per il deployment dei servizi e il setup dell'interconnessione verso e da operatori nazionali e internazionali, sviluppando le attività mediante nuove tecnologie e/o modificando l'architettura esistente.• Troubleshooting e analisi dei Clear Code per errori/problemi di configurazione, supporto alle procedure di emergenza e alle richieste operative che richiedono modifiche di configurazione sulla rete live.• Analisi dettagliata dei progetti provenienti dai dipartimenti d’ingegneria di rete Core e RAN al fine di valutare impatti e metodologie di rilascio in rete in collaborazione con i PM ed i gruppidi Ops del cliente;• Monitoraggio degli apparati di rete durante attività a basso traffico mediante tool di vendor e proprietari Vodafone Italia.• Analisi preventive dei dati da implementare per assicurare la loro conformità ai requisiti specifici di progetto, al fine di garantire la piena efficienza del servizio, per attività Traffic Affecting e Not Traffic Affecting;• Servizio di Reperibilità a supporto delle attività fuori orario base.• Attività di formazione a supporto del team.
