Responsible for oversight, strategy and management of ACF's Affiliate Program of 11 communities around Alaska, including Chilkat Valley CF, Cordova CF, Golden Heart CF, Jessica Stevens CF, Kenai Peninsula Foundation, Ketchikan CF, Kodiak CF, Palmer CF, Petersburg CF, Seward CF, Sitka Legacy Foundation.

The Director of Education and Youth Programs at the Alaska Humanities Forum is responsible for the oversight and management of the Rose Cross-Cultural Exchange, Sister School Exchange, Educator Cross Cultural Immersion, Take Wing Alaska and Creating Cultural Competence of Rural Early Career Teachers Project. Additionally, the Director oversees the development of education related partnerships between the Forum and urban and rural regional organizations, schools and tribal entities, and other major contributors across the state.

Building off of the success of the Rose Cross Cultural Exchange is the Creating Cultural Competence of Rural Early Career Teachers Project (C3). C3 is based on the premise that hiring the right educators, then providing them with a well-designed and implemented cultural immersion, followed by systematic, sustained mentoring will result in better prepared and more satisfied teachers who stay in their original school district, creating a positive impact on student achievement. Project Partners include Calista Education and Culture, Inc., Maniilaq Association, Lower Kuskokwim School District, Northwest Arctic Borough School District, and the Alaska Statewide Mentor Project.

Represented educational products to the home school market; designed customized after school programs for school districts and community organizations. Provided consulting services to tutoring companies.

Established largest direct student service client in organization's 35 year history. Managed Alaska Learning Labs, a fee based after school and summer academic tutoring program located in 48 communities across the state. Developed program plan, marketing plan and team that increased organizational capacity from serving 150 students to more than 1,000 students annually. Supervised five core staff and 81 remote staff. Oversaw product development, contracts and billing for program with annual budget of 1 million. Transformed this federally funded grant into a fully self-sustaining program with proven academic results.

Extra curricular projects included Advisor, Words Are Powerful, a student anthology with Elder Interviews, and The Arlicaq Voice, a student newspaper; Site coordinator, Rose Urban Rural Exchange Program.

Advisor for Pima Pride, a student anthology, and The Eagle Times, a student newspaper; Site Coordinator for a visiting artist program funded by the National Endowment for the Arts. Site Coordinator for the international organization Poets, Essayists and Novelists (PEN) Readers and Writer's Program. Site Coordinator for the Playwright's Incubator Project. Curriculum Developer for Tribal Elders Oral History Project. Participant in Commission on the Arts, Artist Teacher Institute, of Harvard University's Project Zero.

Managed historic perennial and flower gardens at five lodges within the park. Supervised 10 gardeners. Managed annual supply and planting budget.

Established and built contract furniture dealership with with six employees and annual revenues of 3 million.
