Lead HR Transformation global project implementation in CE4 countries aiming for increased HR efficiency, right placement of HR activities, re-engineering and cost saving:- Champion the non-HR/HRSS presence countries project (BG&SK) at EMEA level facilitating the dialogue between multiple involved stakeholders (senior HR and business management, HR hub and country representatives)- Coordinate the end to end integration of full remote HR service delivery from Warsaw HR hub within CE4 countries on the background of manager & employee self-service new culture and hard copy regulatory documentation driven environment- Pilot the implementation of new remote HR Shared Services (HRSS) solution for small countries (~ 50 employees) with direct involvement into taxonomy project milestones and design of future process flows through close partnership with HRSS senior project management team. Leverage on combined experience of local/ remote/ geographical and product HR coverage and lead, coach and train multicultural HR team for CEE ICG and ICG O&T to ensure effective virtual/remote HR structure model for CEE countriesAct as liaison and conduct regular dialogue with CEE ICG and ICG O&T business heads and regional/cluster HR community advising on all HR areas in strong connection to business needsWork closely to CE5 HR Head and Warsaw Hub HR Leads in implementing the right HR operating model for CEE countries

Pilot the remote HR Advisor role for CE5 ICG as part of new HR Transformation structure model Act as liaison between CE5 ICG and ICG O&T country business heads and regional/cluster HR community agreeing and aligning on people agenda executionPartnering with Romania & Bulgaria Division Head in identifying people synergies among the cluster
