-Secretariats in the military armed forces and a member of the ArmyCommander's Protocol team.-Planning the Commander in Chief's events, meetings and conferences with theambassadors and foreign military representatives. Participates if appropriate.-Supports the administration in the administrative work for every armed divisionto be updated and recorded in the army command base.-Assists with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety ofadministrative tasks on behalf of the Army Commander's Office.-Assists with the Army Commander's internal and external communications andcorrespondence, in multiple languages[Arabic, English and French]; Draftsreports, letters and written communication and ensures appropriate filing ofofficial documents.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions- Recruiting, hiring, and training sales team.- Assist upper management in decisions regarding operational policies and procedures.

- Assisting in managing regional client accounts and providing client related support services. - Managing back-office functions and related administrative activities.- Liaising and coordinating with local and regional vendors and suppliers for new redemption items, updating existing catalog, obtaining new deals, etc.- Handling of redemption operations and logistics.- Assisting in updating the rewards catalogs on a weekly basis.

-Managing the workflow of the employees, creating team schedules, delegating tasks, time sheets, office equipment, and inventory.-Assessing the work performance of the employees and identifying areas that need improvement.-Ensuring that organization’s goals, deadlines and performance standards are met.-Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles.-Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company’s plans and vision.-Reporting performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management.-Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
