As a lecturer at THEi, I teach and mentor students in the fields of food science and nutrition, with a focus on food innovation and technology. I have over 12 years of experience in the professional training and coaching industry, and I hold a PhD in Food Science from the University of Hong Kong and a MS in Food Nutritional Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.I am passionate about advancing the knowledge and practice of food science and nutrition, and contributing to the development of the food industry and the health of the society. I have obtained multiple certifications and recognitions in my field, such as the IRCA Food Safety Management System Auditor, the Fellow of the Institute of Food Science and Technology (FIFST), and the IOIA/HKORC Organic Crop Inspection Training. I am also fluent in English and Chinese (Traditional), and I have excellent skills in coaching, lecturing, curriculum development, and public speaking.
