Coordinating the development of action plans for FNT interventions in the territory and coordinating the recruitment process of FNT youth staff in the territory; supporting youth staff and, therefore, developing methods of carrying out activities and providing services, facilities and systems for planning, estimating, measuring and scheduling work tasks, as well as for reporting and evaluating their fulfillment; supporting volunteer coordinators; development of guidelines and procedures for ensuring the quality of services for young beneficiaries; monitoring and providing support for compliance with established standards;the monitoring of teamwork relationships and the development of orientation procedures for the youth staff in the territory, for the introduction of standards/changes aimed at ensuring the quality of activities and services.

Working directly for the State Secretary for Youth: building educational programs for active participation and structured dialogue of young people and youth workers at a national level involving up to 150 people, managing the first institutional national volunteering program for the ministry (involving 90 volunteers), organizing consultations with NGOs and institutions interested in Youth field (for changing the Youth Law in Romania, for finetuning measurements to put into practice the Youth Strategy in Romania, to get feedback for methodologies for funding), improving evaluation systems for young people and youth workers who apply to youth activities organized by the ministry, communication of activities, writing press releases, updating social media and website of the ministry with all Youth activities, managing activities to organize the Gala for Youth in Romania 2016 (500 participants, 10 sections, 124 applications) www.galatineretului.ro

Coordinating the communication activity of Pro Vobis, organizing local and national events for promoting volunteerism, representing Pro Vobis to local and national authorities, maintaining the relationship with national media representatives, designing and implementing corporate volunteerism programs in collaboration with Bucharest based companies, narrative and financial reports for the projects and/or activities implemented in Bucharest, drafting the budget for the maintenance of the Bucharest office, collaboration in drafting budgets of other programs and activities to be implemented nationally, managing the financial resources allocated to the Bucharest office, writing volunteer manuals, guides, standards. Also a member of the Pro Vobis trainers' team: designing and delivering trainings in management of volunteers, management of volunteers centers, organizational management to improve volunteer departments.
