Carmen Mesa is a committed senior who will be acquiring her bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology at The Pennsylvania State University, Berks. She is eager to help students in elementary school achieve their learning goals in reading and increasing their connections with the teachers. Her internship experiences have led her to obtain knowledge within different developmental assessments and recognize the diversity within the students. She can interact with children in diverse groups, it will help the students make connections. Carmen is pursuing a position as a paraprofessional while she completes her master’s degree in school psychology.
