1. Analyze and monitor fixed assets/CWIP and reports in the beginning of the month for the previous month (beginning with signing purchase Requests);2. Ensure maintenance of fixed assets / CWIP, in accordance with internal policy of fixed assets (gives information on NBV of assets that are to be sold/transferred/disposed, takes out of system assets sold/disposed, etc);3. Monitors registry of fixed assets (assign numbers from the registry on metal labels and ensure they are properly assigned to fixed assets);4. Registers/monitors FA invoices;5. Creates ROF/IO in SAP, Closes ROF/IO in IRMA and SAP;6. Ensures support on creating AR/ROF with Business Cases when it is neccesary7. Ensures support on creating Disposal Requests when it is neccesary.8. Reconcile in CARS;9. Prepares the documents relating to the situation of fixed assets in the last week of the month;10. Organises meetings with the responsables of CWIP at least once a month;11. Tracks the buget in ROF in order not to overspend and to properly assign the spending according with the projects;12. Monthly/Quarterly reporting to Division of CWIP Analysis;13. Quartly CWIP analisys + signatures from engineers/responsible;14. Quartly - Idle assets - equipment that are not used to be reported to management;15. Responsible for Annual Inventory;16. Accomplishes own activities in order not to have audit deficiencies.17. Performs internal system audits according with the Annual Planning;
