Key strategic business partner in providing commercial and financial guidance and leadership on the Group's Pay TV business and campaigns to drive optimum business performance and improve cost efficiencies

Establish, implement and communicate risk management and business continuity management directions to mitigate risk exposures that may impede achievement of the Group's strategies and financial growth

- Develop, validate and analyse operational and strategic risk profiles to ensure the continuous and effective implementation of the Group Risk Management Framework- Provide risk advisory and evaluation on project risks, key system and new processes implementation within the organisation- Develop, monitor, and test Business Continuity Planning ("BCP") strategies to ensure BCP plans are current and effective- Perform validation and prepare post mortem reports on Control Checklists of key business functions - Conduct workshops, awareness and training sessions to the staff on risk management and business continuity management

– Leading and managing the audit engagement with a focus on financial reporting and compliance with auditing and international accounting frameworks– Leverage the understanding of business knowledge to identify significant improvement opportunities for clients within a short period of time - Have an in-depth understanding of auditing and internal controls of various industries (i.e. property management, education, plantation, parking management, food and beverages, trading).- Have good understanding on how IT impacts the accounting and procurement processes via various accounting systems such as SAP system.– Frequently selected to facilitate trainings on audit methodologies and project management skills for up to 60 staffs
