Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, collecting and processing sensitive data (financials, credit card and commissions payments), resolving guest issues, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence internal and external, managing a small number of accounts, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, meal appointments, manage and maintain the schedules and workflow of three (4) Sales executives. Given that the Sales Coordinator is a liaison between the company and its clients, excellent writing skills, concise verbal communications and listening skills are necessary. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures.

Provide Administrative support to the Director of Leisure Sales and Marketing (to included, but not limited to, phones, letters, filing and managing schedules). Complete Expense reports for Corporate Leisure Sales and Marketing Management staff, Schedule site visits. Create and send out Comp stay letters and follow up with properties, Arrange room, restaurant and show reservations.Fulfill travel agent requests, maintain accurate client database, and maintain current client files. Plan internal meetings in conjunction with properties, Assist in the planning of special events locally and out of town and arrange travel for these events. Schedule meetings, conference calls and call center visits, update calendars. Attend and actively participate in all applicable departmental meetings. Create and maintain a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction.
