As a Community Coordinator at Freshly, I actively research and coordinate with outside organizations and vendors to budget and plan events that increase engagement and retention amongst Freshly employees. I am able to utilize Microsoft Office, Canva, and Cricut Design Space to create flyers, presentations, and decor that are presented throughout the facility. I complete COVID-19 screenings, temperature checks, and review General Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with new-hires to maintain and ensure safety for employees and temporary workers. I am capable of building rapport and assisting new employees to complete new hire procedures saving leadership and hiring managers three hours weekly per new-hire. I was awarded Employee of the Month in February 2021 for exceptional work and perfect attendance.

At ACSS, I was given the opportunity to look into the FAA's policies regarding the Drug Testing and Hiring Process. I researched and analyzed the process that ACSS had implemented into their company's policy in order to compare it to the FAA's policies. My research concluded that there was a process that could be implemented that could save the HR Department about 10+ hours of work each week. Another project included ensuring our attendance at multiple career fairs at universities across the country. Concluding this project, I was able to dip my feet into the pool of Talent Acquisition by attending a career fair to encourage and recruit college students to intern and work at ACSS. My other tasks included using Outlook and Taleo to schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, creating an Excel sheet that outlined the Leave of Absence Process, and creating a timesheet for a 9/80 work week, in CRM, to save paper and employees' time.

As a research assistant at ASU's West Campus I collaborate with the BullyBlocker team made up of psychology and computer science students to help strengthen and advance the accuracy of the BullyBlocker app. As directed by my professors, I analyze meta-analyses, psychology journals, and collected data to determine definitions and factors of cyberbullying. I also conduct research to discover new apps and software that detect cyberbullying in order to improve the logistics and rankings of the BullyBlocker code.

At the Arizona State University's West Campus, I am involved in the Programming and Activities Board. I helped plan and design the layout for a large-scale carnival for students to celebrate ASU’s Homecoming Week which incorporated five food trucks, ten carnival rides and check in stands which about 2,000 people attended. During my time with the Programming and Activities Board I have interacted with all of the departments, university-wide, and other on and off-campus organizations to help engage more students by coordinating events on ASU's West Campus. Some of these events include, "Treat Yo Self," an event that highlights mental health and stability by promoting healthy lifestyles, along with "DIY Event," where students can learn to make sustainable and Earth-friendly products such as toothpaste, laundry detergent, soap, and lotions.

At Vocera, I worked directly with the entire Human Resources team. I used Jobvite to organize several interviews for local and off-site employees. I obtained some marketing experience by creating several new email and webpage campaigns on Jobvite for different careers and added the specific pipelines using Excel to engage the current candidate pool. Some other main projects include setting up a volunteer day for all Vocera interns, analyzing and sorting documents, virtually and physically, helping with employee surveys, learning about insurance policies, and creating folders for new-hires.

At Power Integrations, I worked in the Human Resources and Finance Departments. I was given the opportunity to analyze and sort departmental documents for appropriate distribution and filing. In addition to this, I entered personnel and subcontractor data into a central database and reviewed human resource documents for accuracy and completeness by verifying, collecting and correcting additional data.
