Carmen is an actress, writer, stand-up comediane, and skilled improviser. She has studied at some of the top acting schools in Los Angeles, including the Beverly Hills Playhouse with Milton Katselas. She received a full scholarship to iO West to study improv, performed on a house team at Second City and is skilled in both long and short form. From sketch comedy to Shakespeare...Carmen acts with every fiber of her being and shines across genre, whether on stage or screen. She is a unique talent who prides herself on professionalism, the ability to play, collaborate, and contribute to a positive professional, creative environment.Carmen is also a daily meditator and life-long learner. She holds certifications in Yoga & Meditation, leadership development and public speaking, and DISC behavioral analysis. She is a certified Maxwell Team Member and was recently asked to hold the California chair for the G100 Global Organization, founded by visionary Dr. Harbeen Arora.
