• Organize and maintain various airline economic and market data specific to Lynchburg Regional Airport (LYH) from domestic and international airline passenger traffic statistics available through U.S. DOT Origin/Destination databases and other sources. Interpret, format and present data consistent with reporting requirements.• Support and assist with airport primary research, including the development of passenger and various targeted surveys in a range of formats. Interpret, format and present data consistent with reporting requirements.• Maintain an ongoing tracking system of LYH airfares for selected markets to include a regular competitive fare analysis utilizing airline CRS sources.• Design and produce professional-quality PowerPoint presentations to support meetings with airline route planners. Create various air service development presentations for use before the Airport Commission, City Council and local groups and organizations.Marketing and Advertising• Assist in the development of airport marketing and advertising strategies. Organize, coordinate, and administer marketing and advertising programs consistent with strategic goals and within available budget.• Coordinate the airport's marketing communications programs to include informational and community relations materials, news releases, public notices, etc. as related to stakeholders, tenants and various publics.• Creatively develop concepts and design print and electronic communications and advertising materials including, but not limited to, billboards, print media, online advertising and website maintenance. Create and compose copy for radio advertising, advertising slogans and other advertising media.• Manage and coordinate with various advertisers and vendors to gather information for the purpose of developing effective marketing strategies within budget

• Professionally assisted staff of LUO Admissions/Advising, Liberty Online Academy, the Hancock Welcome Center, and Resident Admissions with student account related questions/concerns• Pioneered our marketing efforts to LUO Intensive Students through events• Organized and scheduled staff needed for university events (Block Party, CFAW, My Liberty Monday, Friendly Friday, etc.)• Assisted in researching and ordering over $300,000 worth of creative promotional items for our department based on student demographic• Evaluated effectiveness of our promotional items and helped revamp literature pieces• Trained staff on how to effectively execute events based on department goals• Developed an organized system for all our inventory storage areas and kept track of all inventory numbers and data• Creatively planned and executed departmental staff meetings/celebrations
