As a logistic coordinator I’m responsible for provision in time of sufficient amount of material for production of upholstery of the particular product group and in the same time, for correct, timely and complete deliveries of products to Daimler, the current customer.I had immediately and successfully took over projects with very good references.

During the time in Lidl Romania purchasing department I’ve contributed in the market research of competitors’ products and in SWOT analyses for private label assortment.

As a category manager for non food department I was responsible for selecting, planning, coordinate and evaluate the biweekly promotions in 100 discount stores, in terms of achieving the share, margin and stock level, established in the annual strategy.

During my role as junior buyer I’ve managed day to day purchasing operations for non food assortment category. Also tracking the contracts versus budget and key performance indicators, assist in the development of annual sales budget, prepare reports for yearly negotiations process were main activities performed.

As a marketing coordinator my main responsibilities were to manage the promotional budget, to coordinate the market research and to design and implement the promotional strategy.
