I lead on sustainability at Property Ealing, an innovative and unique partnership between Interserve and London Borough of Ealing. Main responsibilities include delivering carbon reduction across the council's estate, driving change through the organization, ensuring sustainability is embedded in all FM operations and beyond, managing the EMS and maintain ISO 14001 certification.

I am responsible for rolling out the Government's Sustainable Operations Target on the Department for Communities and Local Government's estate. Projects include carbon reduction strategies, energy efficiency measures, sustainable procurement, DECs, EMSs management, testing and implementing new sustainable technologies and initiatives.
