I am a biotechnologist and specialist in Technology and Innovation Management. I am also a certified Scrum Master and Agile Facilitator. My passion is purpose-driven innovation, especially science-based innovation. I aim to bring Agile to R&D processes to generate a positive impact from Biotech.Over the years, I have participated in different innovation projects where I have helped high-performance individuals and teams understand business while facilitating collaborative work. I rely on Agile methodologies and frameworks as Cynefin, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Kanban, Scrum and OKRs (and more).I am proud to be a michromer since June 2022 and excited to be a part of this amazing adventure! In my previous role, I worked on valuing and communicating the results of R&D for commercial purposes, and before that, I worked for over eight years in the Analytical Development Laboratory, developing and validating methods for monitoring and controlling industrial bioprocesses.
