As an all round technical person, Carmen has been working in productions from many different aspects, varying from audio to lighting, artist management to stage and production management, designing all the way to producing. Graduating from the International College of Music, Kuala Lumpur in Audio Production, she has worn many hats in this industry since 2012. Currently working at IO Esports as an Executive Producer, Carmen handles all aspects of production and producing for large-scale esports tournaments. She has worked on many local leagues and world championships for multiple game titles, namingly Mobile Legends MLBB World Championship, Garena Free Fire World Series and Dota 2 Major. She is looking to add a few more international events to her belt, while pushing the boundaries of what technology can be incorporated to esports.
