-Was the first employee of an Ottawa startup.-Redesigned marketing and brand strategy for a social enterprise.-Researched, created, and executed branding, customer personas, and branding style guides.-Designed and created custom illustrations including a mascot which were used in promotional materials, a set-up guide, and digital products.-Designed a company website on Shopify and promoted the product through social media assets.-The company went from grant-funded initiative to a viable business within 2 years.-Manufactured the Box of Life products and helped expand the business into digitally downloadable products.

-Sole designer on a team with five software developers. -Created and delivered a mixed-reality HoloLens application to help researchers visualize tumors in 3D.-Project management duties included scheduling, discussing needs and progress with clients and stakeholders, negotiating design requirements with software designers, and efficiently incorporating multiple iterations of design changes based on feedback, 4 months start to finish.-Collaborated with Microsoft internal clients and BC Cancer.-Used Agile methodology to deliver weekly product updates to stakeholders.
