My first language was Spanish and as a child of immigrant parents, I worked hard to overcome the obstacles that some might see as insurmountable. Focused on learning and with the support of my family, I achieved my education goals by first graduating from UNLV with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing in the late 80s and then getting my Masters Degrees from the University of Phoenix as I turned 50. As a native Las Vegan I understand this challenging marketplace very well. My more than 25 years of Marketing, Communications and Advertising experience provide me a portfolio of skills that makes me a well-rounded marketer. I am passionate and driven, compassionate and results oriented. My goal is to learn something new everyday.Comfortable with public speaking, my presentations skills are a key strength. Also experienced with speech writing, theater arts and production, on-camera media relations and all areas of art direction for advertising purposes.
