Internal Sales Representative - Shed Bonanza, Dandenong |Sept 2021 – June 2022Shed Bonanza specializes in the design and manufacturing of garden sheds, carport, garages, pergolas & farm sheds. I am responsible for end-to-management of the design, quotation, permit, and sales process. Responsibilities:• Assess and understand the needs of customers and recommend product solutions based on all products offered by Shed Bonanza• Develop and maintains relationships with existing and potential clients with the aim of achieving sales target• Understanding of the sale process, planning permits, building permits & building regulations.• Manage the Dandenong Store • 3D Designer – work through the design of the structure, quote, and present the quotation.Enviroflex specialise in the supply and installation of thermal and acoustic insulation, where I am responsible for end-to-management of the sales process, including lead generation and handling, quotations, sales closures and sales analysis. Aligning myself with acoustic and thermal companies, providing a holistic approach achieving a one stop shop for client's thermal and acoustics solutions. My previous role as an Office Manager & Contract Administrator my responsibilities included providing highly effective management across a variety of roles. A strong administrative professional, I have a demonstrated ability to enhance office efficiency through the streamlining of administrative systems and processes. Having graduated from Chisholm Institute with a certificate in Financial Services, I'm skilled in Customer Service, Office Management, and Account Management. Demonstrated experience in construction has facilitated an excellent understanding of construction statutory compliance processes, and has driven a customer-oriented focus through engagement with clients across the design, build, styling and landscaping process. I strive to provide excellent administrative customer service to our clients by effectively communicating company processes, providing cost estimates, negotiating with suppliers for the best interest of the customer, and administering contracts.
