As a member of the BBC Radio 2 Sara Cox drive time show's pre-production team, I excel in audience engagement and guest selection to align with the show's objectives and BBC regulations. My role has significantly enhanced my proficiency in live radio.

The Life After Prison Podcast is the flagship project of the Prison Radio Association which has developed into an award-winning grassroots production company. I work closely with both presenters and the producer to create each episode of the podcast from Series 6 onwards. My role has required me to be a technically proficient audio professional, producing and editing high-quality podcast and radio content. Other skills needed have included talent management, empathy and creativity. Alongside the main series, I have had the opportunity to produce and creatively control my own social media interview series. In the time I have worked for the PRA, the LAP Podcast has won multiple Arias Awards and grown from a 9k to 16k audience.

Each month I present the R&B section on Javeons show on SWU hosted by Rinse. I also present an hour-long live show called ‘The Sweet Soul Mix’ on Voices Radio. Each show is playlist-based but contains interview content. When putting together these monthly radio shows, I aim to give each show a different theme and focus on talent based in the UK.

Writing over 700 articles on upcoming talent, I have covered a diverse range of genres and events. My role covers article writing, editing, conducting research on various artists, sourcing artists’ assets and content planning. Collaborating and coordinating regularly with the editorial team, I create editorial plans for entire release campaigns for multiple artists. I develop the tone of my writing for each publication relevant to genres and audiences. The work I do helps blogs reach new audiences and allows upcoming artists to connect with fans.I’ve developed key PR & communications skills including campaign and editorial planning, as a result of being responsible for the entirety of an artist's written press release campaign.

Eight years of experience in musical composition, songwriting and production. Partnered closely with producers, engineers, songwriters and artists when developing single releases. Each musical project required creative skills, knowledge of Ableton/Logic Pro X, project planning, liaising with engineers and pitching to radio and print. My biggest project went on to be featured by Notion magazine, C-head, Spindle, BBC Music 6, Soho radio, Reprezent and Fubar radio. Projects in this time period also covered podcast work and live speaking on various BBC radio stations and Fubar Radio.
