  Eurecat (www.eurecat.org) is the technological center of Catalonia and its objective is to enhance the competitiveness of companies through innovation and technological transfer. The center has the experience of 800 professionals who generate an annual income of 52 million euros and offers its services to more than 1.700 national and international companies. Currently the center participates in 200 R&D&I consortium projects. Eurecat's internationalization strategy focuses on helping companies access new markets, promoting links with technology centers, universities, business associations... internationally and marketing services and technologies developed by the center.As Director of Internationalization of the center, I developed the following activities:• Definition (jointly with the center management), coordination, monitoring and internal and external dissemination of Eurecat's Internationalization Strategy.• Identification of potential markets and the main actors in the innovation system, creation of a partner network and definition of the presence/implementation mechanism.• Management and monitoring of Eurecat headquarters abroad, as well as the network of international prescribers. Currently, Eurecat has a headquarters in Santiago de Chile and prescribers in Colombia, Peru and South Korea.• Promote the exchange of researchers with entities of interest at an international level through various instruments: Tecniospring Industry, Marie Curie, collaboration agreements...• Preparation and coordination of the strategy to be followed by the center in international tenders (EU and multilateral tenders). Identification of strategic areas and markets, as well as positioning before these entities.• Representation of Eurecat at events and entities of interest.• Promotion and management of collaboration agreements with international entities of interest.
