Project Management responsibility for HR related programs and processes that transition into the Human Resource Services Center.-Managed, develops, designs and facilitates comprehensive employee performance strategies to support corporate goals of ensuring compliance with company, state and federal regulatory guidelines. -Worked with departmental staff to set program schedules, define resources, and monitor metrics. Communicates to internal management on metrics/evaluation results; evaluates business performance impact by tracking and measuring key indicators.-Analyzed, inspected and tracked the company’s 150+ Affirmative Action Plans which resulted in a 100% success rate as a result of audit by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program.-Developed, documented and distributed the companies Affirmative Action Program Guide.
