I've had the good fortune to work with BYU Athletics for the past 3 years, and I have learned a great deal under the guidance and leadership of exceptional leaders who have not only honed my skills but also built up my confidence and provided me with rare learning opportunities that are difficult to find elsewhere. When heading up a collaboration event between HIGH Fitness and BYU, my attention to detail led me to gift an extra instructor jersey for an instructor who traveled from out of state. Our heartfelt conversation during the event, where she expressed gratitude and shared personal struggles, forged a lasting connection, emphasizing my passion for creating meaningful experiences that bring smiles and genuine connections. Specializing in sports fan experience, I am looking for opportunities that fuse my passion for people and sports with my expertise. I'm excited about contributing to initiatives that involve teamwork, creating meaningful change, and allowing me to leverage my skills to create a lasting impact.

For example, as part of the gymnastics crew, I composed a Marketing Plan for the 2022-2023 season including goals, budgeting, advertising, social media, scripting, and sponsorship coordination resulting in an organized and planned season with clear goals to hit. I was able to increase attendance at meets by 401% from the 2022 season through fan-centric initiatives customized to marry with each meet's theme. In addition, I was able to be involved with the Fan Zone pre-game at Men's Basketball, as well as execution of promotions and script writing for home baseball games.

As a receptionist for the office, my job responsibilities included making sure patients had a welcoming experience as they waited in the waiting room, which involved kindly checking them in and showing interest in their lives beyond what brought them into the office.
