Current• Led and developed a high-performing team of three direct reports (Sr. Communications Specialists and Sr. Event Manager) responsible for bringing Slalom’s unique culture and values to life by delivering complex, strategic, and impactful global internal and change management communications campaigns and events for stakeholder teams (Global People Team, Global Marketing, Information Security, Finance, Executive Programming, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, Sustainability & Impact, and more). • Successfully led several high-profile, global strategic communications and marketing campaigns, such as monthly executive financial updates, monthly ID&E employee resource group celebrations, compliance trainings, benefits open enrollment, crisis & change management communications, and more.• Produced a comprehensive partnership communications campaign, highlighting Slalom’s top industry technology partnerships with Microsoft, Salesforce, Snowflake, and AWS.• Led Slalom’s “Thrive” global benefits brand development, aimed at increasing engagement, building culture and promoting underutilized benefits programs.• Developed an executive crisis response framework leader toolkit designed to prepare and coach executive leaders on crisis response. • Created and amplified clear and compelling written, recorded, and visual content across all internal communication channels, including email, intranet, scripts, webinars, employee engagement surveys, global All Hands/Town Halls, and more.• Provided strategic guidance and counsel to C-level executives and global stakeholders on business-critical events/crisis situations, nurturing relationships, and influencing business decisions. • Participated in a landmark $44mil RFP for Boston’s Department of Health, supporting the integration of health data systems into a single analytics dashboard.• Established clear, data-driven success metrics and feedback initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of all internal communication campaigns.
