During my time at Nigon Woodworks as Brand & Marketing Manager, I have played a key role in shaping the company's visual identity and marketing strategy. I design both digital and print materials for various projects, including exhibition and event posters, promotional materials, and branding assets. My work spans from managing the creative direction of the New Media Communications department to developing cohesive campaigns that drive brand recognition. I also oversee digital engagement by managing online platforms and analytics, ensuring that the company’s marketing efforts are aligned with business goals. This position has allowed me to merge my design expertise with project management skills, contributing to the company's growth and creative evolution.

I am thrilled to be a part of the faculty in New Media Communications at Oregon State University. My goal is to help students discover their unique voices in Digital Communication Arts and provide them with the foundational skills needed to excel in communication design and content production.

During my six years as a visiting instructor at Florida International University (FIU), I played a pivotal role in developing the Digital Arts Program within the School of Art and Architecture. I was instrumental in writing the curriculum for new undergraduate and graduate tracks in Graphic Design, Video, Animation, Digital Arts, and Object Design. I contributed to the expansion of the course catalog by adding 45 new courses, offering students opportunities to explore diverse topics such as 3D printing and fabrication, virtual environments, 2D and 3D animation, data visualization, and digital design. These additions fostered an environment that encouraged the hybridization of research across multiple disciplines.I was awarded FIU's Technology Fee Grants for two consecutive years, securing a total of $200,000. These funds significantly enhanced our facilities, providing students with access to cutting-edge technology that mirrors the latest developments in the creative industry and visual design. As a result, the art department became a vibrant incubator for creative research and visualization.
