My professional experience gave me the necessary skills to be able to work in a multicultural environment. I worked as an employee and a volunteer in several companies, and NGO’s at national and international level, dealing with tasks which prepared me for a job asking for flexibility and proactivity. I am able to understand very quickly a situation, to sum it up and present it shortly and adequately, to analyse an issue and to find the right way to solve it.Speaking four European languages (French, English, Italian and Romanian), using IT technologies, and being prepared to work with different kind of institutions and individuals , I am able to adapt myself to different professional areas and situations.Since I am visually impaired, I can use, thanks to my experience and my motivation, specific skills, such as: active attention and listening, rigorous analysis, initiative, high level of responsibility and good sociability. As practical skills I would mention: very good organizational capacity, multi-tasking, fast and accurate typing.communicative, organised, optimistic and persevering- I worked with youth, with old people, with disabled people- Organisational/managerial skills - I organised different cultural, sport events, seminaries, conferences- qualified project management- experience in the European programs- Windows, Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Skype and social networks- manual ability, scan with professional equipment- proficient user of accessible technology for visual impaired people
