Ik heb ruim 25 jaar ervaring in technische projecten: IT, infra, chemische, offshore en constructie industrie met uitgebreide ervaring en interesse in Project Management, Cost Engineering, Project Control en Field Construction. Ik heb projecten uitgevoerd in allerlei fasen (van studie tot constructie) en in allerlei disciplines o.a. Project Management, inkoop, engineering en constructie, voor zowel Owners, Contractors als Overheid. Door mijn sterk ontwikkelde analytische kant ben ik in staat om snel problemen en verbeteringen te identificeren. Dit in combinatie met mijn communicatieve vaardigheden, mijn overtuiging dat iedereen ergens goed in is en coachende stijl, heb ik de kennis en kunde in huis om verbeteringen door te voeren. Ik ben resultaatgericht en ik heb een sterke focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid, verbeteringen, kostenreductie en het voorkomen van onnodige kosten. Ik heb bovengemiddelde vaardigheden in Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365 en SharePoint. Ik wordt door mijn omgeving ook wel “schaakspeler” genoemd: ik denk een aantal stappen vooruit en zorg dat de poppetjes op de juiste plek komen te staan om het gewenste resultaat te bereiken.
