With over 10 years of expertise in development, sales management, and relationship building, along with more than 15 years in marketing, communications, and advertising, and 18 years in event planning and management, I have cultivated a career centered on delivering exceptional experiences for clients and stakeholders, particularly within the nonprofit sector. Currently, as the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Development at Pediatric Academic Societies (PAS), I lead and execute the strategic vision for all aspects of the department, including marketing, communications, partnerships, sales, social media, advertising, and customer care. My initiatives have consistently achieved partnership and sales goals, driving significant revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships.At PAS, I started and created the first-ever Resource Development Department at the company, building long-term trusted relationships with partners, creating a new sponsorship program, and establishing all new processes and plans to achieve aggressive revenue goals.Recently, I received my Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) accreditation, a credential from the Events Industry Council (EIC) that recognizes meeting professionals with a high level of expertise and professionalism.
