My role within the directorate was to support, primarily, the Methodology Team with inspection planning, methodology and guidance projects for a multi-agent area based assessment. The aim of the project was to provide government with an independent evidence base and providing an overview of how local organisations worked individually and together to improve the area.

Processed mis-sold mortgage endowments, specifically pre 1990 cases, sourcing client data from Barclays Head Office. Liaising with Barclays representative, I implemented a revised procedure of collating and sharing crucial information resulting in faster processing times.

A provider of financial services to small businesses in the gaming industry, my key responsibilities included maintenance of general ledger accounts including bank reconciliations and generation of customised monthly operation packs and reports. Other areas of responsibility included monitoring the asset and stock registers and general office duties.

Providers of coin-operated gaming equipment, my responsibilities included general office duties and reception; processing invoices and stationery requests; monitoring asset registers and insurance claims; preparing employee contracts and updating leave schedules; and production of training manuals for junior clerks employed at regional offices.
