Managing and building relationships with current and potential partners of Amsterdam Dance Event. This involves creating and advising in brand activation concepts, aiming for the highest possible added value for both parties. Due to the cancellation of our Conference program, I took on an extra role as Project Lead to set-up a new networking concept; ADE Business Hangout. Creating a concept from scratch and realising this 3-day business event in just three weeks time.Leading a project team, reshaping partnerships and directing and executing the daily program. With great thanks to the whole team, the ADE Business Hangout has taken place with success. Doing such a project in times of COVID-19 has been very challenging and requires a lot of flexibility and creativity, in which I have gained valuable new experiences.
