In this role Carmen implemented and streamlined operational systems, processes and quality standards. Project management processes were implemented to improve service levels and turnaround times.

In this role Carmen developed an international recognition and rewards program that impacted the whole organisation (5000 employees at the time) and contributed towards raising performance standards across the company. She implemented back end work flow systems and processes to support the program. In addition, she developed inspiring programs for the quarterly top performing employees and dream incentive travel programs for the annual winners that included learning experiences at leading academic institutions.

This role included business analysis and projects focused around service excellence, operational excellence, customer relationship management and performance reporting.
