Cryo-fill technician:▪ Monitor customer's weekly liquid helium & liquid nitrogen level readings as reported in CMS (CryoFill Management System).▪ Analyzes trends in level readings to determine if a customer's magnet may have a problem requiring early scheduling.▪ Determines the replenishment re-fill point on a customer to customer basis, based on manufacture established refill points.▪ Develops and executes efficient delivery schedules and their associated routes based level readings, customer availability and lowest possible cost.▪ Places requests for orders the appropriate quantity of cryogens from the LINDE CSC to meet the proposed schedule.▪ Loads, delivers and fills the cryogens into the MRI Units by following Linde's LIMSS and relevant manufacturer procedures and directions from Lead CryoFill technicians.▪ Record the appropriate data at the customer site, in CryoFill Management System (CMS) & complete necessary data forms. (i.e. cryogen level readings, time in/out, volumes etc.).▪ On call 24 x 7 and carry a cell phone.▪ Responds to emergency supply situations in the most responsive manner.▪ Interact with the customer's field service engineers.▪ Transport and deliver hazardous materials in wheeled dewars weighing up to 700 lbs moving dewars.▪ Follows ALL Linde Safety Policies including but not limited to proper PPE, proper lifting techniques, local site safety requirements, and prompt reporting of safety incidents.▪ Drives a straight truck loaded with compressed gas cylinders and liquid helium dewars for delivery to customers on a scheduled route.▪ Record each delivery and pick up empty helium cylinders from customers.▪ Committed to safe practices including the safe loading and unloading of cylinders and dewars onto vehicles using hand truck or forklift and record cylinder type and quantity.▪ Establishes and maintains excellent customer service.▪ Listen to and resolve service inquiries and complaints/issues.

Managed up to 15 employees in the day to day operations of warehouse/manufacturing/processing facility. Managed the operations of plasma cutter, water Jet, 5 wet saws, polisher, centerless grinder, shearer, shipping and receiving. Directly hired and terminated employees, pay, merit raises, personnel issues. Maintance of machines, building, and grounds. This was a multi fauceted position involving all aspects of managing a facility, reported directly to General manager and Owners.

Truck Driver / SupervisorAccountable for the transporting of many sizes, shapes and weights of various types of specialty metals. Duties include but are not limited to customer service, loading and unloading of freight, routing and basic truck maintenance. Once a week inspect fleet of three flatbed trucks for safety issues and identify preventive maintenance and other repairs that are needed. Schedule PM and repair work as well as obtaining rental truck. Communicate with management on various issues to assist in keeping Alliant Metals the best in our delivery methods and customer satisfaction.

Part time MerchandiserThe PTM is responsible for calling on an assigned itinerary of stores and delivering superior in-store customer service by merchandising store shelves and displays with Kellogg’s Snacks products.Main Responsibilities include: 1. Organizing, rotating and stocking shelves during each store visit - the platform for providing excellent customer service. This includes following a manager’s direction on transferring cases of product from the backroom to the store’s sales floor. 2. Ensuring the Kellogg’s Snacks product on displays and shelves are looking their best by properly rotating product and removing all stale or damaged packages. 3. Working as a team with your Territory Manager by communicating issues as appropriate, following your itinerary and being flexible with changes to your itinerary. 4. Maintaining a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel when performing your duties.

Northeast DSD Supervisor Supervised Direct Store Delivery Routes pertaining to sales, service, distribution, and operations in New England, New York as well as Illinois territories. Responsible for supervising 16 DSD route representative's performances pertaining to achieving weekly objectives, including sales and service of retail outlets. Accountable for fleet of 17 trucks, including registrations, fuel permits, preventative maintenance, and quarterly fuel reporting to states where mileage accumulated.Responsible for 11 satellite warehouses, for the inventory at these locations, and their leases.Supervisory duties include DSD route coverage during DSD route representatives’ vacations, illnesses, injuries, or any other circumstances that require a delivery to our customers. Additional responsibilities include merchandising and display set-up at new or existing accounts.
