I like to say I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I can communicate with students and families in the Spanish language. However, I cannot read in Spanish. I have 10-plus years of experience working in the school system as an instructional assistant and registered behavior technician, with over 2 years practicing as a school psychologist practicum student and currently a school psychologist intern. I will be a fully credentialed School Psychologist as of the 2024 school year. I currently hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with/Concentration in Family and Child Services. I am in my last semester for a Master of Science in School Psychology, with a PPS credential. I consider myself to be a very versatile person, able to adapt quickly to any work environment. I enjoy working with diverse teams and consider myself a good team player. I am able to multitask and work well in fast-paced environments and under pressure. My current experience as a school psychologist intern has allowed me to work with different groups of students from different grade levels (PK through 12th) and diverse environments. I am very passionate about my job and can’t wait to see what the future holds for me!
