Thanks to an experience of over 20 years, Carmine worked in the IT sector, for external competitors before being hired in Oracle in February 2012.He worked as a technical consultant and information architect. He has been involved, for his skills, on implementation projects of the Oracle EPM suite.He has a deep understanding of business vicissitudes from a number of different areas such as banks, government agencies, energy and transportation companies, retail, public sector and construction. He has been involved many times on disaster recovery situations and solutions and his experience has been acquired by performing activities not only in Italy but throughout Europe.Currently Carmine is following the company strategies and is piloting his knowledge on OCI through external training, suggested by the company, live courses and online training to obtain Oracle certifications and to fix himself in the future with a position more adherent to the market offer and to new Oracle solutions.Carmine not only has a deep knowledge of Oracle EPM, but he is curious and is gaining knowledge on the dynamic network processes that OCI offers and on the security / federation items.
