During these 3 years I have been on the front line of the business, working in more than 10 offshore and onshore oil fields. Leading a multi-department team of engineers, my biggest achievement was the delivery of a 2 years development plan for an under-performing oil field. Supported the daily operation of the plant for the area assigned providing technical expertise to address operating problems and optimize the process. Responsible for completing process engineering designs, supporting project development and following projects through all stages of implementation – conceptual design, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning & start-up. Performed production optimization activities to ensure reliability and optimum well performance. Championed new technologies (e.g. chemicals, additives) aimed at improving well productivity and streamlining efficiency. Developed special techniques, procedures, tests and evaluate new technologies to enhance production and safety of wells.
