Driving and supporting all Hilton standard and policies implementation. In charge for Quality and Health&Security controls.

Responsible for Food&Beverage department: 1 Restaurant (Pacific Milan), 1 Bar (Cosmopolitan Lobby&Bar Lounge), Room Service, Minibar and Conference&Banqueting (13 meeting rooms). Active participation in Meeting spaces refurbishment and opening of newly built Ballroom with capacity for 200 seated guests. F&B budget preparation and constant control on payroll, beverage and food costs with a profitable turn-around of department performance. In charge for Quality Standard implementation and HACCP compliance.

Responsible for the followign departments: Reception, Concierge, Switchboard, Bellboy and Executive Lounge. Monitoring of Hilton Hhonors loyalty scheme, CRM with constant reply to guest reviews, Quality Audit; implementation of new up-selling scheme and lunch of passport scan implementation (1st Hilton as pilot hotel).

Assisting FOM in managing Front Office departments, but also coverage of Duty GM role.
