Developed a machine learning system for fraud detection in account recovery claims in the Identity group.

Developed algorithms in the areas of text analytics, speech analytics, sentiment analysis, conversation flow graph mining and data mining.

Participated in the definition and development of a groundbreaking NLP application. Pioneered all algorithmic work, focusing on text mining and text analysis, named entity recognition and query analysis.

Lead the scientific research effort, developed and implemented algorithms in the following fields: Social networks monitoring and tracking, social ranks, clickstream analysis including web usage mining, campaign management, WAP page reconstruction and WAP session analysis. Co wrote a patent applying social network analysis to service adoption management.
