In my role, I am responsible for ensuring the success of up to 16 locations through team development, profit management, training and hiring of top talent. Perform monthly on-site audits focusing on store standards, state and company compliance regulations as well as exceeding company key performance indicators. I hold quarterly meetings with general managers as well as weekly conference calls to discuss previous performance, corporate communications, recognize top performance and coach necessary behaviors. Act as a mentor to high performing managers aspiring to get to the next level of success with the company. My primary responsibilities include coaching, observing, managing behaviors, maintaining necessary staffing levels, corporate communication, succession planning and motivating teams to exceed expectations.

Trained in the finance industry to develop the necessary skills to become a District Director of Operations. I was responsible for increasing the store’s volume and profitability through marketing, relationship building, managing operating expenses, community involvement, and soliciting new business sources. Interviewed, hired, lead and developed new store level managers and employees to maximize performance potential. Maintained an atmosphere of compliance with company’s procedures and applicable laws regarding sales transactions, collections activities, and customer’s payments.

Primary responsibilities were to develop a best-in-class management team to drive sales and build customer relationships. In my role I was responsible for directing management teams in up to 14 locations throughout different cities and states. Performed on-site audits to provide coaching and development of operations, visuals, and loss prevention. Ensured inventory control requirements were met in individual stores and the average for the overall district. I held a weekly conference call to recap the previous week’s performance and discuss the upcoming week’s opportunities and expectations. Monitored daily and weekly store reports to ensure payroll, sales, transfers of merchandise, and transactions were within compliance of company expectations. Investigated employee and customer concerns and made decisions based on company policies as well as state and federal laws. Accepted the responsibility of transferring and relocating through 3 districts in Columbus, GA, Nashville, TN, and Memphis, TN.
