Nicole spent a decade on the board of a local chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, where she helped to increase its attendance 10x and founded Women for Corporate Growth, a networking group for professional women focused on mentoring young professionals, recognizing female entrepreneurs, and organizing annual fundraising events for local charities.Prior to M&A Capital, Nicole held positions with Bank of America's middle-market banking group, Murphy Noell Capital, and Rutberg & Co. Prior to investment banking, Nicole spent time on Capitol Hill, managed the grassroots effort for one of the top 5 most contentious congressional campaigns in the country, and worked on 3 presidential campaigns. Nicole received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Economics from the University of California at Berkeley, graduating early and self-funding her degree.
