His extensive background encompasses various disciplines, including strategy and transformation, program/ project management, business analysis, and executive health, safety, and wellbeing roles.With over fifteen years of experience, Carnedd specialises in transformation, strategic enterprise-wide projects, and the development and implementation of occupational health, safety & wellbeing programs. His expertise extends across high-risk sectors such as emergency services, mining and metals, and the resources sector, as well as private corporate service organisations and the public sector.Carnedd has held executive and senior positions, recently serving as the Director of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing at Fire Rescue Victoria and the global Group Principal Health for ASX-listed company South32, a globally diversified mining and metals company.Carnedd's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Exercise Science & Physiology, a Masters in Business Administration, and a postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety. Additionally, he is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
