Responsible for all activities of product rollouts to hospital clients, providing team leadership that includes managing and co-ordinating the different functions within each project to ensure efficient delivery of service to the client.

Overseeing local activities to ensure Primary Health Practitioners, Acute Care Clinicians, Community Health workers and all heath providers are aware and actively involved in eHealth initiatives, participating in Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record and are supporting patients who would most benefit from the creation and use of an electronic health record. This project is part of the federal government's eHealth strategy

As the eHealth Consumer and Community Engagement Lead, my role was to engage the Eastern Sydney area in the Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record system (or eHealth system) through promotion and awareness campaigns. I worked with specific take up targets to achieve, set out by the Department of Health and Ageing and I achieved these through strategic management, sound project planning, event management and leadership.
