Victor is the common platform that combines TSP video, intrusion and access control products in a single deployable client interface.

Oversee product management for the American Dynamics brand of Tyco. Developing IP security products in network management systems, megapixel & HD imaging technology and convergent security solutions.

Manage development, marketing and product lifecycle of IP security cameras, megapixel-based technology, H.264 applications and analog-to-IP video encoders. Oversee pricing, inventory management, and OEM/ODM relationships.

Oversaw the development and lifecycle management of game content and enabling technologies for GTECH with a $6M R&D portfolio. Led development team of two project managers and 9 architects and developers. Researched and selected technology for multimedia content development, distribution and display. Directed creation of interactive gaming applications for web and mobile channels. Converted game requirements into enabling technology requirements to ensure solutions meet content needs. Manage a unique customer joint venture designed to create, develop and pilot revolutionary lottery game content.

As Senior Director, he manages the brands Exacq, American Dynamics, Illustra, and Proximex. He has launched the Tyco Security Products Connected Program, the most widely subscribed partner program in the security industry and the Cyber Protection Program, the leading cyber security solution for the physical security industry. As the Senior Product Manager for IP Cameras, he brought the Illustra IP camera brand to life with the Illustra 400 Series cameras in 2010.
