Provided end-to-end hiring for eight cross-functional engineering teams working on camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonics, RF, GPS, computer vision, deep learning, sensor fusion, localization, mapping, and other advanced driver assistance systems. My recruiting efforts enabled the development of core AV capabilities by attracting experts in deep neural networks, computational photogrammetry, point cloud processing, and multi-sensor data fusion to build robust solutions for environment perception, object detection, classification, tracking, and sensor calibration from camera, lidar, radar and ultrasonic inputs. As the Lead Recruiter, my responsibilities extended beyond internal and external recruitment to include the development of our two-sided talent platform, catering to both engineering candidates and companies within the autonomous vehicle, eVTOL, robotics, aviation, and aerospace sectors. My expertise was in sourcing top-tier engineers with specializations in hardware systems, manufacturing, machine learning, algorithm development, software engineering, operations, technical product management, and executive positions. In addition to recruitng for our clients, I was tasked with the formation and management of a small internal talent team and hiring software engineers, product managers, and other non-technical internal roles.
