Carney & Marchi P.S. was established in 1993 in Seattle, WA. Our firm practice areas are immigration and criminal defense. We take on difficult cases and provide diligent representation to those clients other firms may turn away. Our focus in immigration law is litigation and we have prevailed for our clients in Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals and several Circuit courts, most notably the Ninth Circuit. Our focus in criminal law is assisting individuals who face a difficult battle in court. We aggresively fight for rights and handle all stages of a case from the initial arrest through the appellate process. We don't give up and fight for an individual's rights. We are one of the few firms in the NW that deeply understand the complexities of criminal law and how it relates to immigration violations. We thus frequently handle both the criminal law case (in either state or federal court) and the immigration litigation case (before EOIR). We have staff members who speak Spanish.In addition, Ms. Carney is also proficient in law practice management and takes a special interest in ethics.
