• Responsible for guiding a diverse team in the integration, certification, and delivery of a significant 737 Customer Introduction project. This involved facilitating efficient communication among Payload Engineering, Customer Engineering, Production, and Management. Ensured seamless execution of the project, meeting key milestones and delivering exceptional results to the customer• Accessed and communicated risks associated with scheduling, engineering, internal/external supplier support activities, manufacturing/test processes, and out-of-sequence activity of committed changes• Coordinated the entire certification process and managed the project from start to finish, identifying certification risks and opportunities at various stages of the product life cycle• Managed the implementation of new 16g requirements, specifically the Head Impact Criteria, for seat programs. Cross-functional responsibility involved addressing technical issues that impacted Boeing and airline customer designs, production processes, and services. Ensured that the seat programs met the required standards, enabling safe and reliable seating solutions for Boeing and its airline customers• Responsible for assessing the impact of Committed Changes and ensuring that the deliverables from responsible organizations are effectively integrated with Engineering teams. Ensured that all changes are properly evaluated and incorporated, enabling smooth collaboration and alignment among different teams within the organization• Led the development and implementation of the certification tracking tool (CAPTO) to streamline the management of airplane certification operations by establishing a clear strategy and ensuring the tool met business requirements.
