Led search design strategy across all AOL’s properties, including site search, specialized search interfaces, and global properties, implementing learnings from the search unit to improve search experiences. Managed product design across an expansion of Local products, including Yellow Pages, When.com, Classifieds, Cityguide, City’s Best, and Mapquest next generation product concept.Created a design process to fully integrate user research from multi-variate testing, kpi tracking, usability, and ongoing competitive research. Managed planning for in house usability research, and created an eyetracking lab.
