Serve as the key point of contact between the PGS region and the Service Operations repair centers for all in-shop repairs demand, for both contractual and transaction gas customers. Provides tactical leadership executing demands, balancing customer on-time delivery and cost productivity via KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) in the Optimization Framework processes. •Key point of contact for CS/TX Customers and PGS region to review and assign incoming demand to the appropriate service center based on customer need and shop capacity, and Policy 6.0 targets. •Use imagination, skill, and drive to identify improvement opportunities for critical practices and processes in Gas Repairs, Optimization, and the PGS region, and will become an active contributor and leader for their development and implementation. •Overall understanding of key region customers, contracts, and fleet management practices, to help optimize within the region, and globally across the network. •Participate in outage and MMP forecasting validation activities. •Partner with Country leaders, Region CPM or Sales team members to ensure accurate and complete job information is provided & understood, facilitating optimum placement with the Gas network. •Primary advocate for assigned PGS region for gas repairs issues, assisting with issues resolution and network “navigation”. •Ownership of repairs demand logistics cycle from shipment to hub/service center, and back, to meet shop required material dates and customer promise date. •Lead weekly operating/production calls; be an accurate conduit of information and help set expectations with the region, based on service center capacity. •Develop strong relations with key schedulers, cell leaders, and service center managers within the network. •Support end of quarter pacing activities as required

• Responsible for complete physical flow of all shipment within the GCC and international (Air, ocean and Land) • In charge for customer data response including logistics information on equipment before and after shipment• Proactive analysis of all logistic needs at the initialization stage and effective management of the same to ensure flawless execution• Liaising with the sales, administration, procurement and operations personnel to ensure suitable arrangements are made for the shipping of all equipment locally and internationally• Service coordination, being a liaison between the customers and services department by communication of various requirement• Inventory management of equipment and parts for current and future needs, including generation of monthly and weekly reports• Providing support as needed to process paperwork and data entry in various areas such as service documentation, purchasing and rental contracts• Responsible for procurement needs for parts, fuel, freight and other items as needed• Managing documentation including orders and disbursement of all control documents, purchase orders, service orders, equipment and office supplies / services• Negotiating the services of third party carriers, couriers and haulage companies• Implementing new processes and procedures• Developing robust processes and policies• Managing supplier delivery performance and maintain supplier contracts• Ensuring that all set targets are achieved• Cost management and reporting• Making sure that project deadlines are met• Identifying and delivering operational cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives

· Responsible for complete coordination with exporters regarding scope of work, inspection procedure, documentation· Responsible for creation & review of documents, preparation of quotations, confirmation letters · Managing the complete sales order process from inquiry to despatch including responsibility for inventory and logistics flow· Central customer contact point providing high levels of customer service and timely response· Back-up for internal sales representative and other sales members· Provide status reports on open orders and provide regular updates to operations and sales representative· Documented all equipment movements, supplying customer with logistics information on equipment before and after shipment· Liaised with sales, administration, procurement and operations personnel, to ensure suitable arrangements are made for the shipping of all equipment nationally and internationally· Service coordination being a liaison between the customers and services department by communication various requirement· Contracted bookings and raising invoices· Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales Manager, and in association with the contracted suppliers; including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling· To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the Sales Manager· To provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses
