I started practicing massage on completion of my schooling in 2003, and also received my certification from NCBTMB. In 2012 I attended North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester,NH for the additional 150 hours needed to receive my New Hampshire license. In 2019 I received my massage license in the state of Maine.In 2013 I took a 200 hour yoga teacher training from Yoga Works to round out my bodywork practice.My massage specialty is Thai Massage, a type of Eastern bodywork that consists of gentle assisted stretches and yoga postures. This modality has been my passion from the very beginning of my career as a massage practitioner, so becoming a yoga instructor just seemed natural.
